This was awesome you guys - you really hit the nail on the head with the company's motivations. For a cheaper and more accessible burger, you can try the Beyond Burger from Beyond Meat, which is Impossible's sibling/rival. You can get the Beyond Burger in the meat section of select Whole Foods (check beyondmeat.com) and it's about $6-7 dollars for two patties. Cheers!
